Refund policy

At Sense of Desire, we want our customers to be completely in love with their online purchase. In the event you find your items not suitable, we are pleased to offer you a refund on your order.

Please note: As our gemstones are sourced from their natural environment, they present themselves uniquely with their own variation, inclusions and blemishes. Much like us, each gemstone is one of a kind. The imperfection of each stone is not considered a faulty / damaged item, and are not eligible for an exchange or a refund.

 

Return Policy

1. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

3. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded.

4. All sales items including sample sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund.

5. Customised items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

6. Return shipping cost will be at the buyer's expense. Please use registered / trackable post with secure packaging because we are not responsible for lost and damaged items.

7. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The fees will be deducted from the approved refunds.

Our team will inspect the returned items upon arrival. You will then receive a confirmation email approving your return. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 business days of your item being received by us.

If the returned items do not meet the criteria above, the refund will be declined and the products will be returned to you at your own cost.

 

Faulty or Damaged items

In the unlikely event if your items have arrived faulty or damaged, please send us an email at hello@senseofdesire.com.au within 2 days upon receiving your items.
