Pre-order Terms and Conditions

  1. Pre-order Period: The pre-order starts on 13th March and ends on 16th March.
  2. Discount: Enjoy 20% off on all pre-order items.
  3. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order.
  4. Product Details:  Pre-order items include adjustable and sized rings. Please review the item details carefully before placing your order.
  5. Made to Order: All pre-order items are made to order products. Crafting of the ring will commence after payments have been received.
  6. Delivery Timeline: Pre-order items will be ready within 2 to 3 weeks after the pre-order period ends. They are expected to be ready and dispatched by the end of March. We will notify you of any changes to the estimated timeline.
  7. Returns and Exchanges: Pre-order items are made to order and are not eligible for change of mind returns or exchanges. However, we will accept returns or exchanges if the item is faulty upon receipt.
